OUR BUSINESS

Predecessor of our company started a roller-skating rink in 1980. Since then, we continued to provide new service through managing indoor leisure complex facilities focusing on bowling, amusement, karaoke and Spotcha.

While entertainment become diversified and new entertainment is developed globally, it is absolutely essential for our customers to be a fan of our group by us continuously providing competitive visit-based service as "a place for smile, health and communication". "Large Stores", "Diversified Entertainment Service" and "a Wide Range of Planning" are our strength. It is very important to keep our strength and continuously develop new value.

Furthermore, in order to expand our services which customers can support to the countries in the world other than Japan and secure medium and long term growth, we opened up stores in the US in 2010 and in China in 2021. For the growth of operating base, we continue to proactively open new stores overseas.

In April 2024, ROUND ONE Corporation transferred to a holding company structure. Through this, we not only further accelerate business development but also further strengthen group governance and pursue enhancement of corporate value. The holding company specializes in management functions and formulate management strategies and optimize managerial resources and enhance functionality. Business companies conduct business with a sense of speed appropriate for business environment under each company’s responsibility and authority. Through this, we will aim for our group’s further growth.
