Round One Corporation (hereinafter the "Company”) recognizes that protecting personal information is an important social responsibility. To fulfill this responsibility, the Company sets its Personal Information Protection Policy as follows and will strive to protect personal information and use it properly. The Company will also comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.

1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The Company will use the obtained personal information for the following purpose only. The Company will not use the information beyond the scope of the following purpose without obtaining consents in advance from the individual unless such use is permitted by applicable laws. When the Company notifies the individual of the specific purpose of the use during obtaining information, the Company will use personal information within the scope of the purpose.

• Provide customers with information on the Company’s services and deliver services
• Solutions and preventions of problems regarding products and services that are provided to customers
• Development of products and services which meet customers’ needs
• Provide IR information and other information and deliver services during operating businesses
• Appropriate and smooth implementation of recruitment, labour management and other operations of the Company

2. Disclosure of Personal Information

The Company will not provide or disclose personal information that is provided by customers to the third parties without obtaining consent from customers except in the following case.

• When there is consent from the individuals
• When such disclosure is permitted by laws
• When receiving inquiries under laws from public authorities such as police and courts
• When such disclosure is necessary to protect life, body and property and it is difficult to obtain consent from the individual
• When there is a consent in advance from the individual regarding provision and disclosure of personal information to third parties
• When the Company entrusts personal information within the necessary scope to achieve the purpose of the usage under proper supervision of the Company

3. Joint Use of Personal Information

The Company may jointly use obtained personal information with group companies. The information will be used based on the following, unless notifying the individual differently during acquiring personal information.

Name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, content of inquiries, requests, matters relating to purchase of products and services, matters regarding contracts.

4. Safety Management of Personal Information

The Company will take measures which are appropriate organizationally, physically, humanly, and technically to protect personal information. The Company will also take necessary and appropriate corrective actions for preventing its leakage, loss or damage and for safety management of personal information.

5. Update of Privacy Policy

The Company will observe all applicable laws, guidelines, and other standards regarding handling of personal information and regularly examine and improve privacy policy. Change of privacy policy become effective when updated privacy policy is posed on the Company’s website.

6. Regarding handling personal information on website

(1) About access logs
The Company stores information on “when,” “from which domain”, “which page” customer accessed in Company’s web server. The access log is usually used for management of web servers and is used mainly for websites’ popularity statistics. This information does not include customer’s identifiable information.

(3) Use of SSL/TLS

• When the Company receives individual’s personal information through our website, the Company uses encryption with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)/TLS (Transport Layer Security) or security technique which conforms to this standard to prevent third parties’ eavesdropping during data communication. When the individual uses browser which do not support SSL/TLS, the individual might not be able to access the Company’s website. On rare occasions, the individual may not be able to use these technologies because of the individual’s computer’s environment. In that case, the Company will notify the individual that safety cannot be ensured during data communication.
• On the Company’s website, the Company may post the Company’s email address to respond customers’ inquiries and receive inquiries. When customers use inquiry service through these emails, please understand that communications are not encrypted and third parties who illegally acquire the data communication, might be able to read the content.

(4) Use of Google Analytics
On the website, the Company uses Google analytics. The Company use cookies for analysing customers’ usage status of the website, the website’s performance improvement, service enhancement and marketing analysis.

(5) A part of the Company’s website is developed and managed by outsourced companies and business partners. The outsourced companies and business partners are limited to the companies who signed confidentiality agreement on personal information with the Company and are obliged to properly control and manage the information as the Company does.
